近日，中国少林杂志社社长释延明法师在北京会见世界华人联合总会、世界和平总会主席姜琳女士，双方进行了亲切交谈；释延明法师指出姜琳女士作为世界知名的爱国人士和社会活动家，始终为祖国的强盛、民族的复兴而奔走于世界，并且受到了英国、法国、日本、意大利、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、韩国、新西兰、泰国、希腊、智利、菲律宾等国家领导人和前政要的亲切接见；在民族利益上又从不计较个人得失，荣辱不惊，以百折不挠的精神，奔走于世界各地为我国经济的发展以及世界和平事业做出了突出贡献；姜琳女士对释延明法师在实践“爱国爱教、坚持佛教中国化、团结引领信众”所做出的重要贡献表示高度赞赏。

会谈结束后，延明法师将自己亲手书写的一幅墨宝赠送给姜琳女士，并且双方合影留念。
