书画与禅:释延明法师的艺术之路

释延明法师,俗名曹克明,1978年出生于安徽省宣城市。8岁来少林寺学武并出家,13岁开始出国武术表演,足迹遍布几十个国家,并获得多个国际大奖。现为中国少林杂志社社长、中国书法家协会会员、中国美术家协会会员、囯际武学禅师、中央机关特聘画家、河南省永帝善缘基金会副秘书长、河南省榜书协会副秘书长、国务院参事工作研究会调研员、河南省省政府参事工作研究会副秘书长、中宣盛世文化艺术交流中心委员、中国功夫文化委员会副主席等职位。

释延明法师能书善画,人物画,山水画,花鸟鱼虫都是他的擅长之作,画笔下,所有的生物都变得非常有灵气,花会开,鸟能展翅,鱼在游,虫在爬,集天地之精华,让人有一种“远看山有色,近聼水无声”的感觉。而释延明法师的书法以楷书为起点,自创禅书书法,禅者的书法和书家的书法是不一样的。禅者的目的不是写字,而是重在明心见性。释延明法师的书法由禅而入书,由书而悟禅,最终由渐而顿,性解心开豁然心胸而达到心手双畅之禅境。

分析释延明法师的书法修行之路,既有“积劫方成菩萨”的“渐悟”式磨砺,又有“一朝直入如来地”的“顿悟”式修炼。惟其如此,我们才能在他的书法作品中,既能感受到挥毫泼墨淋漓之变化,在开与合、虚与实、内与外、松与紧、聚与散、反与正的节奏中,将看不见的东西升华为一幅幅书法作品。

近些年来,随着释延明法师对书画艺术的深层理解与研究,他将思维的触角伸向书画艺术形态背后的民族文化和价值观上,作为一个五千年来传统文化源远流长的民族,要屹立于世界民族之林,就必须继承优秀传统,特别是以书画代表的传统文化艺术。”并认为书画是民族文化的载体,是文化价值的体现。“立足当代中国实践,传承优秀民族文化,借鉴世界文明成果”,正是这种带有历史感的感召和关怀,才使得释延明法师的书画作品更富有价值。

艺术简历

1996年在白马寺受具足戒。

1995年9月在第四届中国郑州国际少林武术节武术精英大赛套路表演获一等奖。

1997年9月第五届中国郑州国际少林武术节武术精英大赛男子散打55kg级获第一名。

1998年4月在中国佛学院学习至2001年,在佛学院书法得到启功老师,张海主席,赵朴初会长的指点。

2001年8月回少林寺,创办少林延明武院。

2004年8月全国武术馆校散打60kg级散打第一名。

2005年武僧团文武学院散打一级教练员,编号050026。

2006年创办《中国少林》杂志社。

2007年3月任河南省嵩山少林寺国际弟子联谊总会副会长。

2007年6月中华人民共和国职业资格证书:囯际武学禅师,证书编号IBMA68797FP。

2009年4月特聘为中国书法家协会会员。

2010年9月特聘为中国美术家协会会员。

2013年中央机关特聘画家。

2014年6月书法作品、牡丹画被日本东京博览馆收藏。

2015年6月任河南省永帝善缘基金会副秘书长。

2015年9月书法作品《厚德载物》被法国巴黎博览馆收藏。

2016年1月任河南省榜书协会副秘书长。

2016年8月丈二巨幅牡丹图被北京人民大会堂收藏。

2017年,书法作品《禅》与《佛》被中国台北博物馆收藏。

2018年书法作品《海纳百川》被英国博物馆收藏。

2019年书法作品《心经》被焦裕禄干部学院收藏。

2019年8月任国务院参事工作研究会调研员。

2020年1月被任命为河南省省政府参事工作研究会副秘书长

2021年4月任中宣盛世文化艺术交流中心委员,编号:ZXDS19--20--08--555。

2021年11月任中国功夫文化委员会副主席。

Master Shi Yanming, commonly known as Cao Keming, was born in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province in 1978. At the age of 8, he came to Shaolin Temple to learn martial arts and become a monk. At the age of 13, he began to perform martial arts abroad, covering dozens of countries and winning many international awards. He is now the president of China Shaolin magazine, a member of China Calligrapher Association, a member of China Artists Association, an international martial arts Zen master, a distinguished painter of central authorities, the Deputy Secretary General of Henan Yongdi Shanyuan foundation, the Deputy Secretary General of Henan list book Association, an investigator of the counselor work Research Association of the State Council, the Deputy Secretary General of the Counselor Work Research Association of Henan provincial government Member of Zhongxuan Shengshi culture and art exchange center and vice chairman of China Kung Fu Culture Committee.

Shi Yanming's master can write good paintings, figure paintings, landscape paintings, flowers, birds, fish and worms are his good works. Under the brush, all creatures become very spiritual, flowers can open, birds can spread their wings, fish swim, insects crawl, and gather the essence of heaven and earth, giving people a feeling of "looking at the color of mountains, and near water." Master Shi Yanming's calligraphy takes regular script as the starting point and creates Zen calligraphy. Zen calligraphy is different from Calligraphers' calligraphy. The purpose of Zen is not to write, but to focus on insight. Master Shi Yanming's calligraphy goes from Zen to calligraphy, from calligraphy to understanding Zen, and finally from gradually to pause, the nature of the mind opens up, and suddenly the mind reaches the Zen state of both heart and hand.

Analyzing master Shi Yanming's calligraphy practice, there are not only the "gradual enlightenment" practice of "accumulating robbery to become a Bodhisattva", but also the "Epiphany" practice of "going straight to the Tathagata once". Only in this way can we not only feel the changes in his calligraphy works, but also sublimate the invisible things into calligraphy works in the rhythm of opening and closing, emptiness and reality, inside and outside, looseness and tightness, gathering and dispersion, anti and positive.

In recent years, with master Shi Yanming's deep understanding and Research on the art of calligraphy and painting, he has extended his thinking tentacles to the national culture and values behind the art form of calligraphy and painting. As a nation with a long history of traditional culture for 5000 years, to stand in the forest of nations in the world, he must inherit the excellent traditions, especially the traditional culture and art represented by calligraphy and painting. " Calligraphy and painting are the carrier of national culture and the embodiment of cultural value. "Based on Contemporary Chinese practice, inherit excellent national culture and learn from the achievements of world civilization", it is this historical appeal and care that makes master Shi Yanming's calligraphy and painting works more valuable.

Art resume

In 1996, he received a full precept at the White Horse Temple.

In September 1995, he won the first prize in the routine performance of the Wushu elite competition of the fourth China Zhengzhou International Shaolin Wushu Festival.

In September 1997, the 5th China Zhengzhou International Shaolin Wushu Festival Wushu elite competition won the first place in men's Sanda 55kg.

From April 1998 to 2001, he studied calligraphy in China Buddhist College and was instructed by Qigong teacher, chairman Zhang Hai and chairman Zhao Puchu.

In August 2001, he returned to Shaolin Temple and founded Shaolin Yanming martial arts academy.

In August 2004, the National Wushu school ranked first in Sanda of 60kg level.

In 2005, the first-class Sanda coach of the civil and Military College of the martial monk regiment, No. 050026.

Founded China Shaolin magazine in 2006.

In March 2007, he served as vice president of Songshan Shaolin Temple international disciple Association in Henan Province.

In April 2009, he was specially invited as a member of China Calligrapher Association.

In June 2015, he served as Deputy Secretary General of Henan Yongdi Shanyuan foundation.

In September 2015, the calligraphy work "Houde carrying things" was collected by the Paris Expo in France.

In January 2016, he served as Deputy Secretary General of Henan ranking Association.

In August 2016, Zhang Er's giant peony was collected by the Great Hall of the people in Beijing.

In 2017, the calligraphy works Zen and Buddha were collected by the Chinese Taipei Museum.

In 2018, the calligraphy work "the sea embraces all rivers" was collected by the British Museum.

In 2019, the calligraphy work Heart Sutra was collected by Jiao Yulu cadre college.

In August 2019, he served as an investigator of the Counselor Work Research Association of the State Council.

In January 2020, he was appointed Deputy Secretary General of the Counselor Work Research Association of Henan provincial government

In April 2021, he served as a member of Zhongxuan Shengshi culture and art exchange center, No.: zxds19 -- 20 -- 08 -- 555.
